What makes AVEC awesome
Founded in 1995, we have now grown into a team of over 140 colleagues. With talented designers, product developers, quality controllers, and project managers, we have everything in-house to deliver the highest quality, from concept to final product. We are highly innovative and develop hundreds of new products each month for major clients worldwide.
At home in the heart of Tilburg
Our unique, modern headquarters is located in the Veemarktkwartier, a creative cluster right in the center of Tilburg. In our amazing monumental showroom, we welcome large clients from both home and abroad every week. And how about fresh fruit every day, lunch in the sun on our terrace, or a relaxing chair massage?
How we work
At AVEC, you get your own responsibilities, and we love initiative. We don’t engage in office politics; we simply follow the best idea. If you have a great plan, we go for it, and we go for it right away! We hold as few meetings as possible. We work hard, but we don’t believe in overtime!
